Meet Kandice

Kandice is very passionate about the real estate business and has been in sales for a long time. She enjoys meeting and interacting with new people. Kandice has been fortunate that her father and brother have been contractors for over 30 years and believes this is why she has such a strong passion for real estate.

A member of the Home Builders association, she joined this organization because they are great at endorsing the many builders in the area.

In her spare time Kandice is a soccer coach and also plays on an adult league co-ed soccer team. Kandice also enjoys the outdoors, especially swimming, boating, etc.

Kandice thinks Sioux Falls is a great place to live and work. The area has continued to grow over the years, and seems to be on track to continue this trend. She feels blessed to be in an industry that has the opportunity to help people realize their dreams of home ownership.
